 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
• Work on frontend and backend modifications based on project requirements.
• Install and configure themes, plugins, and required functionalities.
• Test, troubleshoot, and resolve website issues before project delivery.
• Deliver assigned project modules within the given deadline.
• Maintain regular communication with the Project Manager throughout active projects.
• Ensure websites are responsive, optimized, secure, and user-friendly.

Requirements & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of WordPress CMS.
• Experience with WordPress themes, plugins, customization, and backend management.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP will be an advantage.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical issues independently.

Portfolio

• Must have a personal portfolio containing previously developed WordPress websites.
• Personal, academic, freelance, or practice projects are all acceptable.

Personal Qualities

• Responsible, disciplined, and committed to meeting deadlines.
• Strong willingness to learn and improve continuously.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Setup

• A reliable computer/laptop.
• Stable high-speed internet connection.
• Ability to work remotely without supervision.

Communication & Availability Policy

Since this is a fully remote position, clear communication is essential.

• You must remain reachable during active projects for important updates and milestone discussions.
• If you are unavailable on any working day, you must notify the team in advance with a valid reason.
• New project assignments will normally be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• You are free to accept multiple projects or take breaks between assignments when no project is active.

Compensation & Benefits

Entry-Level Projects

• BDT 1,000 – BDT 5,000 per project.

Performance-Based Growth

Outstanding performance and consistency will qualify you for larger and more complex projects.

• Advanced Projects

• BDT 10,000 – BDT 50,000 per project.
